ServixoBy creating an account or using Servixo you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Servixo is a marketplace that connects customers with independent home-service providers in Malta. We are not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a provider; we are not the provider of the home services and are not responsible for their performance.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You choose a role (customer or provider). Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and for holding any required licences/insurance.
3. Bookings
- A booking request is an offer; a provider may accept, reject, or complete it. Prices shown are indicative and set by providers.
- Customers and providers arrange the actual service directly.
4. Payments
Where in-app payments are enabled, they are processed by Stripe. [Fees/commissions, refunds and cancellation terms to be defined.]
5. Reviews & content
- You may post reviews and messages that are truthful and lawful.
- No unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
- You grant us a licence to display the content you submit within the app.
6. Prohibited use
No fraud, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent security or the platform (e.g. taking transactions off-platform to avoid fees, once fees apply).
7. Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, quality, or safety of services provided by independent providers, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Maltese/EU law (including consumer rights).
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malta, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
